By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Account registration: To use our services, you must create an account with anaghatechsupport. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself, and to keep your account information current. Ownership and use of content: You retain ownership of all content that you upload to anaghatechsupport. By uploading content, you grant anaghatechsupport a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on our website and through our services. User conduct: You agree to use anaghatechsupport and our services for lawful purposes only, and to not engage in any activity that violates our terms and conditions or the rights of others. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and intellectual property. anaghatechsupport reserves it’s right to unilaterally terminate the arrangement if your conduct violates any of the applicable laws of the country, our terms and conditions. Privacy: anaghatechsupport respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. We may collect certain information from you, such as your name and contact information, in order to provide/improve our services to you. Payment and fees: anaghatechsupport offers both free and paid plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. anaghatechsupport reserves the right to change our fees and pricing any of the terms at any time, with digital notice when you log in for the first time after revision. Your continuing to avail the service will be a deemed consent. The pricing for paid plans will be exclusive of GST. Termination: Normally on expiry of the subscription period, the arrangement will be terminated. You will be allowed use the services for additional one month from the expiry date without any right to modify/ change/ revise the contents. However, anaghatechsupport reserves the right to terminate your account and access to our services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice to you. You may also terminate your account with us at any time by following the instructions on our website. However, no refunds of the fees/ charges already paid will not be refunded. Disclaimers and limitations of liability: anaghatechsupport provides the services "as is" and makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our services or information/ data uploaded by you. We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of our services.
